Terms & Conditions

By commissioning work from me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before engaging my services.1. Services Provided
- Megillustrate offers digital illustration services, including but not limited to character design, book illustrations, concept art, and personal commissions. A detailed description of the services, including deliverable formats, resolution, and any other specifics, will be provided in a separate agreement for each commission.2. Commission Process
- Inquiry and Concept Discussion: The Client may inquire about availability and discuss potential projects.
- Quote and Agreement: Based on the discussed requirements, I will provide a quote and timeline. Work on the project will begin once both parties agree on the terms, and any required deposits are made.
- Drafts and Revisions: Depending on the project's scope, I will provide initial drafts for feedback. The number of revisions included in the project will be specified in the individual agreement. I am flexible with revisions, however this depends on the complexity.3. Payment
- Fees: Commission fees will be outlined in the individual agreement for each project. Unless otherwise stated, prices are non-negotiable.
- Final Payment: The final payment is due after initial sketch and color fill are completed. Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in withholding of the artwork.4. Cancellations and Refunds
- By Client: If the Client cancels the commission after work has begun but before completion, the Client may be entitled to a partial refund, depending on the amount of work completed.
- By Artist: I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Client will receive a full refund.5. Copyright and Usage Rights
- Artist Rights: Megillustrate retains all copyrights to the commissioned artwork. The Artist reserves the right to display all work in their portfolio, social media, or other promotional materials.
- Client Usage: Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the commissioned artwork for personal use. Any commercial use must be agreed upon separately and may incur additional fees.6. Modifications to Terms of Service
Megillustrate reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this website. By continuing to use my services after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms of Service.7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.8. Contact Information
